red pepper hummus

Try this awesome red pepper hummus, based of the cheesy hummus from Oh She Glows website, extremely nutritious and delicious!

Ingredients:                                               

  • 3/4 C Cashews
  • Can of Garbanzo Beans
  • 1/2 C Vegetable Broth
  • 1/2 C Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/4 C Lemon Juice
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • Dash Cayenne Powder

Method:

 

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!  I used my Vitamix.
