Try this awesome red pepper hummus, based of the cheesy hummus from Oh She Glows website, extremely nutritious and delicious!
- 3/4 C Cashews
- Can of Garbanzo Beans
- 1/2 C Vegetable Broth
- 1/2 C Nutritional Yeast
- 1/4 C Lemon Juice
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- Dash Cayenne Powder
Method:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and enjoy! I used my Vitamix.
