What to do with leftover cooked oatmeal?

Make Scones!!!


  • 1 C cooked oatmeal
  • 1C non dairy milk
  • 2 T Earth Balance Butter
  • 1/4 C agave necter
  • 2 C Flour
  • 3 t baking powder


  • Preheat oven 350
  • Heat butter and agave necter together until melted and mixed
  • Add non dairy milk to oatmeal and mix
  • Add butter/agave mix into oatmeal mix
  • Mix Flour and baking powder then add to oatmeal mix
  • Put parchment paper on cookie sheet and spoon out oatmeal scone sized onto the sheet
  • Cook 22 min (or more)
  • Serve with Jelly
