Make Scones!!!
Ingredients:
- 1 C cooked oatmeal
- 1C non dairy milk
- 2 T Earth Balance Butter
- 1/4 C agave necter
- 2 C Flour
- 3 t baking powder
Method:
- Preheat oven 350
- Heat butter and agave necter together until melted and mixed
- Add non dairy milk to oatmeal and mix
- Add butter/agave mix into oatmeal mix
- Mix Flour and baking powder then add to oatmeal mix
- Put parchment paper on cookie sheet and spoon out oatmeal scone sized onto the sheet
- Cook 22 min (or more)
- Serve with Jelly
