Cream Cheese Spread (vegan, raw)

I received this recipe in my meatless Mondays newsletter. It is delicious.
•1 1/2 C raw cashews, soaked overnight
•1/2-3/4 C water
•3 T hummus
•2 T fresh lemon juice
•2 T Apple cider vinegar

•Soak cashews in water 4-to-12 hours
•Drain and rinse cashews, place in blender
•Blend cashews until creamy, adding hummus , lemon juice, and vinegar, blend well
•Refrigerate overnight
