Every year we have thanksgiving at my cousin Terri’s house, my cousin on my mother’s side of the family. For many thanksgiving is a time for family , food, and thankfulness. I am bringing relishes of pickles , sweet peppers, artichoke hearts, pickled carrots, black olives and Greek olives. Today I am going to make some roasted Brussels sprouts and a raw pumpkin pie hopeful that I can add some healthy dishes to an otherwise unhealthy meal.
